September signifies back to school...and back to business!  On September 16th, NARI held it’s September Dinner Meeting at the Watermill and featured a great presentation from Tom Stebbins, Executive Director of the Lawsuit Reform Alliance of New York.  Tom spoke about the absurdity of NY's Scaffold Law and how it negatively effects everyone in this industry.  The scaffold law went into effect in 1885 and is the only tort in the country that does not have comparative liability.  If you would like to find out more about the scaffold law, visit

Special thanks to the night's sponsor!
