For more than two decades, David Lupberger has drawn from his experience as a small business owner to help contractors develop lean and mean business systems. He presented his seminar "5 Steps to Implement Standard Operating Procedures' to a packed house at the NYC/LI NARI office in Islandia on Tuesday, May 9th and the Cosentino Manhattan-City Center on Wednesday, May 10th. Special thanks to NYC/LI NARI Education Committee Chairman Robi Kirsic, TimeLine Renovations, for putting both events together.
The goal of the seminar was to give business owners the tools to effectively delegate day-to-day responsibilities allowing them to take on a more strategic role in their companies, thus enabling growth.
